Admission

Procedure for Enrolment

Admission is open for students in the agre group of 2.5 years to 4 years.

1. Parents are to meet the Principal who will accept or reject a candidate.

2. The prescribed registration form is to be duly filled up by the parents and submitted to the office along with:

  • An official /photocopy of the original Birth Certificate from the Municipal office / Maternity Hospital.
  • Six passport size photographs.
  • Hospital discharge certificate.
  • If applicable, medical certificate to show any ailment, which requires attention of school staff.
  • One postcard size family photograph
  • N.B. The date of Birth of the child will not be changed once the admission process is completed.

FEE STRUCTURE

Fees are to be paid in 3 instalments. The 1st instalment includes April, May, June & July.

  • The admission fee to be paid once at the time of admission. This is non-refundable.
  • Fees are charged for the academic year. (April- March) irrespective of the date of admission. The admission fee includes: Stationery, Apparatus, Maintenance & replacement of educational aid and equipment, term fees etc.
  • Fees once submitted will not be refunded.
  • The Fee instalments includes
    ○ a. Tuition Fee
    ○ b. Activity Fee
  • The fees are to be deposited by cheque or cash in the school office by the 15th April, August & November, failing which a late fee will be charged. In case of withdrawals parents / guardians are requested to give a notice / information to the school authorities one month in advance.
  • The very condition of admission will be that the parents / guardians will comply strictly with the rules & regulations contained in the prospectus and on payment of the fees and all other charges laid down. Any future changes in rules / fee structure will also be binding on them.
  • N.B. The date of Birth of the child will not be changed once the admission process is completed.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • In order to secure a complete education for our children, the maximum cooperation is desired from the parents, hence parents are expected to cooperate with the School Authorities by seeing to the fact that your child is regular to school and takes active interest in its activities.

  • Should a parent have a legitimate complaint, it should be brought to the notice of the Principal.
  • If, in spite of help provided, a child fails to show any progress, the same may be discussed with the Principal.
  • We take utmost care and give individual attention to the children, However, sometimes accidents occur. In such cases the School/Management will not be held responsible for any compensation whatsoever.
  • The General Assembly is the most important part of the school day. Every student is to be present at the assembly.
  • The School does not accept responsibility for loss of money or valuables, etc. It is not advisable to allow you child to wear jewellery to school.
  • Only the Principal and Management will decide on what conditions a child should be admitted to the School.
  • We only groom your child and build his/her self-confidence. The School is not responsible in any way for his/her admission to primary school.
  • A student who is absent from the class for 15 days or more consecutively, without the leave sanctioned by the Principal may have his/her name struck from the rolls without any notice. If readmitted, he/she will be expected to pay the full admission fee.
